The Google for Startups Cloud Program gives early-stage companies Google Cloud credits that cover infrastructure plus Google's own models such as Gemini and Gemma. AI-first startups can receive up to $350,000 over two years, paid as 100% of spend up to $250,000 in year one and 20% up to a further $100,000 in year two. Startups on the same tier that are not AI-first get up to $200,000, and pre-funded founders without venture backing get $2,000. Google runs the program directly rather than through a reseller or accelerator, and the top tier requires venture funding from pre-seed through Series A.
