About this Deal

Z Fellows runs a one-week program that puts about ten early builders together with founders of billion dollar companies. Cohorts are mostly virtual with the final day in person in SF or NYC, though the site says most fellows come for the whole week. Accepted fellows can take an optional $10,000 investment at a $1B valuation cap, which converts into stock at your next priced round, or take part with no money at all. Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis with no deadline, there is no age restriction, and you do not need an existing company, a team, or to quit your job.

The investment is $20,000 through a Post-Money Convertible Equity Agreement that converts to 5% common stock, plus a $200,000 uncapped MFN SAFE.
