The Service includes consulting engagements, execution services, and AI-powered product development delivered on a retainer or project basis.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations, including data protection laws (GDPR, CCPA).

5. Subscription and Billing

Startupbricks offers subscription plans billed monthly or annually. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods, except as described in our 30-day money-back guarantee for new customers.

6. Free Trial

We offer a 3-day free trial on all plans. No credit card is required to start a trial. At the end of the trial period, your account will be downgraded unless you select a paid plan.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Startupbricks and its licensors. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Startupbricks.
